We moved into Shaftesbury on 1st May, this is the old SAS site on Longmead Industrial
Estate. It has been decorated and modernised to give us another workshop and base. This
base will be the responsibility of Chris Dann who has moved from our Salisbury base.

Jacqui and I paid a visit to Message Link on 29th April to sort out some problems that
we have been experiencing.
We now need your help to monitor their performance, where possible we need all rele-
vant details with a problem. I.E. if there is a delay in answering the phone, we need
the date and time. Any job related problems we need date, time, reg number or job num-
ber. Pass all details to Jacqui or Syd, this way we can improve the working relationship
and the service to our customers.

NO UNAUTHORISED PASSENGERS


 

This is a reminder that you are NOT ALLOWED to carry any unauthorised passengers
in any Ashley Wood Recovery vehicles unless authorised by a Director or Manager.
The only passengers allowed are those customers that have called for assistance and are
logged onto Turbo. These are the only passengers that will be insured whilst in one of
our vehicles.
